Ghost Quilting Series - Block 6

Summer is in full swing here, and my husband's second wife (his motorcycle) is starting to see some road time. And so I needed to put a motorcycle on this quilt just for him. I did model this silhouette for his bike, but it would be easy to find an image that was a dirt bike, cruiser, or street bike.

In the mini border, I did a 'C' or 'U' line design, basically a half moon shape bounced back and forth down the space. I was inspired by Angela Walters for the background fill and used her merged lines idea (click here to see her video).
I really like how this block came out, and now it's time to get out for a rip!
Do you enjoy motorsports at all? I had a motorcycle when I was a younger person, but sold it after the kids were born because I just didn't have time... and I am much better on a snowmobile 😆. Thanks for watching.
