Quilt the North Quilt Subscription Box Review

This week, I have another quilt box subscription review for you.  I really like doing these reviews.  It all started with the Mrs. Quilty review. If you haven't seen that video, it's pretty good, and I get a little heated because, in my opinion, it is a bait and switch. You can find that video here.

But today is all about the new subscription box, Qulit the North.  This box is being curated by Penny Spool Quilts and features Canadian quilt pattern designers and Canadian fabric designers.  You can watch my full review on YouTube:

Quilt the North Subscription Box Review

I don't want to spoil too much of the video, but in short, I like how this box supports independent designers.  I also liked how the projects were a little challenging, and the info card had some really great local knowledge from Newfoundland. 

The only disappointment I had was that I think I was supposed to receive a packet of Crush Pineapple, which is made exclusively in Newfoundland.  So now I have to go there and try Crush Pineapple and Screech (if you know, you know).
