In this handbook, I show you how a minor adjustment to a basic swirl can create a whole new design and vibe.  I cover the modern-looking blunt swirl and how to add a feather plume to the swirl for that more whimsical look.  I also cover concentric swirls and how to build them.  Then, as we work through the 8 swirl designs, I will show you how to transition these designs into skill-building for pebbling, and a swirl that is actually a pebble 😉. 

Learning to adjust a swirl design is the beginning of understanding how quilting designs evolve. This handbook will help you expand your design repertoire beyond a swirl.  Although I work on a longarm quilting machine, the fundamentals of how these designs are built on a quilt will translate directly to a domestic machine.
